Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and viojl ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the viojl website located at viojl.net, its associated mobile platform, all gaming products, payment services, promotional offerings, and any other services made available through the viojl platform (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the viojl platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the viojl platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the viojl platform, including registered account holders, guests browsing the platform, and any individual accessing the Services from within the Republic of the Philippines or any other jurisdiction where access is permitted.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The viojl platform is strictly intended for adults. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, you must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make deposits, place wagers, or otherwise participate in any gaming activity on viojl. viojl enforces this restriction through mandatory identity verification (KYC) procedures prior to enabling deposits or withdrawals on any account.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The viojl platform is operated for and primarily directed at players located in the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the viojl platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. viojl makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open a viojl account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to:

• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• A valid and active email address and Philippine mobile number
• Your current residential address within the Philippines
• Any additional information requested during the KYC verification process

You represent and warrant that all information provided to viojl during registration and at any time thereafter is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active viojl account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. viojl employs technical and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your viojl login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. viojl will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify viojl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, a security breach involving your credentials, or any other compromise of your viojl login details. viojl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your login credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

viojl is required under applicable Philippine regulations to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before processing deposits above specified thresholds. You agree to provide any documentation requested by viojl for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your viojl account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after completion of applicable verification requirements. viojl reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion where there is evidence of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirement.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

viojl supports a range of Philippine payment methods to accommodate the full spectrum of Filipino players. Currently accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). viojl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits to your viojl account are processed in real time for GCash and Maya, and within standard banking hours for bank transfer methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the viojl cashier at the time of deposit. viojl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require completion of KYC documentation before processing. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Same business day for verified accounts, subject to daily cutoff times
• InstaPay and PesoNet: Within one to three business days from approval
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank: Within one to three business days from approval
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ: Subject to provider availability and applicable limits

viojl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or pending verification requirements. Where a withdrawal is delayed, viojl will notify you via your registered email address or mobile number.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

viojl is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (AMLA) as amended and its implementing rules. viojl may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players must ensure that all funds deposited into their viojl account are derived from legitimate sources.

Bonuses & Promotions

viojl offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, and other incentive programs to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. viojl calculates wagering requirements based on the bonus amount received. Certain game categories — including live casino, table games, and sports betting — may contribute differently to wagering requirements, as specified in the promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants making their first qualifying deposit. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity and RNG

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session, viojl will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, wagers placed on the affected round will be refunded to your viojl account. viojl will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from technical failures beyond its control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the viojl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the viojl platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other software tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or viojl staff to manipulate game outcomes
• Abusing viojl's bonus and promotion system, including through coordinated wagering or multi-accounting
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your viojl account
• Engaging in any conduct that viojl, in its reasonable judgment, deems harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the viojl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the viojl platform without the express prior written consent of viojl.

The viojl name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of viojl. Unauthorised use of viojl trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, viojl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the viojl platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or any other intangible losses.

viojl's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your viojl account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

viojl provides the platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. viojl does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Privacy & Data Protection

viojl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering a viojl account, you consent to viojl's collection and use of your personal data as described in the viojl Privacy Policy.

viojl uses your personal data for purposes including account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. viojl does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed service providers who assist in the delivery of viojl's services, and such providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

viojl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — viojl will provide advance notice of at least 14 days via your registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the viojl platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the viojl platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. The current effective date of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. The most recent version of these Terms always supersedes all prior versions.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and viojl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting viojl's support team. viojl will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within 15 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where viojl is subject to the oversight of applicable Philippine gaming regulatory authorities, players may also refer unresolved complaints to the relevant regulatory body in accordance with the procedures established by that body.
